WBG uses a Performance Management System (PMS) that associates all team members’ goals with all client objectives. Our PMS program consists of semi-annual planning and review sessions completed in cooperation with team members and their superiors. Assessment consists of Key Result Areas, Key Performance Indicators, Targets, Core Competencies, and Functional Competencies. |
